Hi. I'm a host and was scheduled to receive a payout 13 days ago. I've been in constant contact with AirBNB but am no closer to receiving the payout. In other words, I've had a guest in my house for 13 days without being paid. AirBNB has told me it's a "glitch," but nothing more, and twice promised payment without it arriving. Now their support refuses to give me any information besides saying in the vaguest terms that I will receive the payment (they won't say when). Does anyone have suggestions? I'm at a total loss.
By the way, I have received dozens of payments without any problem in the past from AirBNB and my bank info is accurate.
