Hi All,

I have been hosting for just over a year and a half now and wondered has anyone else seen a drop in views/bookings? I list on other sites such as booking dot com and TripAdvisor but Airbnb has always been my main source of income but now I find Airbnb has slowed right down with booking dot come bringing in the majority of my bookings. How does everyone else promote their listings / increase traffic? We are due to take new pictures in the next few weeks with some new added features plants & canveses but any extra suggestions would be much appreciated.

Nick,same here .I get every day mails from AIRBNB to lower my price.No thank you,they don’t know how much work and money I put in my place.They want me to goo as low as possible.I live at the beach in a expensive area so No thank you.AIRBNB wants to make as much money as possible but they don’t think about how much effort and money it costs.
