Hosting an Airbnb from a distance

Hello everyone,

I never hosted an Airbnb before.  Brand new to the Airbnb and this site.  I am hoping you can help me.... I live about

three hours away from the property.  The property is up in the mountains.

What is the best way to host from a distant locations.  For example I am not sure how to let guests in and check out, do a check out inspection, and handle issues as they arise if I am not able to make it the property in a timely manner.  I would appreciate any advice/tech tool recommendations.

If possible, @Traci23, you should have a local contact.  Under the Air BNB system, you can identified someone as a co-host.  Look up all the articles in the Help Center about co-hosting.
