Hosting vs guesting

Why do guests not get as many rules as hosts. Example ; rating system for hosts and how it is judged by that ridicule with everyone who books a place, getting to have a say at the end of the day what should be numbered out of five. Guests however can get away with a lot more and not have a five star rating on their page. Do we value hosts more because of this?

Guests get as many rules as the individual hosts give them. And are "graded" accordingly when it comes time for the host to leave their review of the guest.
