AirBNB measures hosts on the review ratio they receive rather than on the reviews they give.
It is a proven fact that people are more likely to leave a complaint feedback on the internet than good review thanking somebody. And most people leave no feedback at all because they do not want to take the time.
I wish AirBNB would be fair and rate a host (and guest) according to things that each can actively engage in. AirBNB asks me to work on my review ratio .... well, I leave a feedback for all my guests which is something I can actually work on - I cannot work on a review given to me - shouldn't I rather be rated on the number of feedbacks I provide?!
It would be great if this issue could be addressed. Thank you AirBNB SL
