Hotels and "professional" places on Airbnb, when did this happen?!

Hello all,

Maybe I'm being super slow on this news but I have recently noticed that hotels are now openly welcomed on Airbnb, they used to sneak in but now you even have the option to choose from "professional" options such as B&B, Hotels, Suites + more... when did this happen? And more importantly, how do you feel about this?

it is probably again some new testing because I don't have such options, just entire home - private room - shared room..----------
