Is ther e a special phone for superhosts to cotact help centre

I understood Superhost status gave me special quick access to customer service department.  Is there a special number or email address I should be using?  Emails tend to take days and I need a problem fixed up now.

For those thinking they may be able to help, thank you but this will need a manual fix up by the office.

I am sure that if you tried the Twitter route, you would have your issue fixed pretty quickly and I have had excellent service calling them.

When i press call airbnb it goes to the same page and no number???

I called the special Superhost priority support customer service toll free number, and it directed me automatically to a "Congratulations"  you.ve won a $100 gift card, recording. Further steps led me to a operator who may or may not have been a recording, knowing nothing about airbnb and asking me for my debit card number to charge me "Shipping and Handling" of my gift card.  I said I just want to speak to airbnb customer service and she repeated stuff about the "special offer"

I hung up (I don't give out my debit card number).

Air bnb says they have assembled a" dedicated support team just for Superhosts. To get in touch fast, call (+)18883265753 or tweet at @AirbnbHelp"  Maybe tweeting will work but that phone number is only about a gift card (and giving them your debit card number)!

FYI, you can call the regular numbers (415-800-5959 or 855-424-7262) from the phone number listed in your host account and the system will still recognize you as a SuperHost and route your call accordingly. You don't have to call the special number. Their phone system is pretty smart in this regard.
