House swap

My husband and I were discussing house swapping this afternoon. We have a 2,000 sq foot home 3 beds/2 bath, jacuzzi tub, in the country with beautiful scenery. We are 7 miles from downtown Fredericksburg, 2 miles from famous Luckenbach, smack dab in the middle of the US's #2 wine destination!

We would consider swapping with most anyone, we like to travel to all kinds of places! Near, within driving distance, far away places, anything considered!

We live in Austin and have been using hosting (our whole house) as a way to force us to stop working and travel a bit around Texas. 

Maybe you'd be interested in a room swap? When you are renting your whole house you could reach out to us to host you in one of our rooms (we'd probably give you the master- currently only listed on our whole house 🙂 ) and we could reach out to come visit with you when we have a whole house booking. What do you think? We don't currently have any international listings but my husband is from Iceland and we constantly have our eyes open. 

I think this is still keeping with the community of Airbnb (and not techinically robbing them of any fees but making it easier for hosts to rent their whole home so they can make more money too). 

Either way we'd probably love to come and stay with you! You seem like great folks, with a lovely home and we've yet to explore Lukenbach properly!
