How do I change my room rate?

I would like to change my pricing for the extra people that stay???

Open your Dashboard, then open "Your listing", which will show your calendar. From there, what you're looking for will be found in one of two different places depending on which version of the interface your listing currently has. (AirBnB is in the midst of some changes.)

So, either:

a) Click on the unlabeled button on the upper left that has 4 horizontal bars. Click on Pricing. Down in there you'll find a checkbox for Additional Guests. Click it and fill out the field that appears.

    OR:

b) Instead of the unlabeled button on the upper left, look for a large button labeled "Pricing settings" at the upper right. Click that. Scroll down to Additional Pricing Options and open that. Find the checkbox for Additional Guests.
