How do I set up a special offer for a friend staying at my airbnb and lower the cleaning fee?

I have a guest coming to stay with me this weekend who is a friend. I hadn't planned on opening up our cottage until June 1st as I am still doing the final touches on the place. I would like to rent the place to her for just $75 for 3 nights. Basically just the cleaning fee. The cleaning fee I have on my rental normally though will be $100.

So, How do I set it up to have the total cost be $75  without having it effect my other dates?
