How do you handle cleaning fees for long term guests?

I have a few long term bookings. 1-2 months+. What should be the frequency/additional cost for cleaning service beyond the small cleaning fee for shorter term guests. How is that built into the cost?

I think it is actually something you would need to discuss with your guest.  A cleaning fee is normally a one off "end cleaning".  If your guest would like a maid service, that would be something to be discussed and you could charge for extra services through the resolution center.  Change of linen and towels I suppose the guest would assume included in the rate unless otherwise agreed.
