How do you move up the Leader Board?

When I search San Fernando Valley as a guest on Airbnb, my listing in Lake Balboa is on page 15!...I continually get SuperHost raiting, I have 53, 5 star reviews and our price is compeitive if not cheaper than other listings in our area....How do we move up the leader board to page 1!?!?!?
