How do you view a host guarantee request once submitted?

I have host my first group of guests and unfortunately they trashed the place - vomit and urine all over the show.   I've submitted a host guarantee request but now can't find it...   Navigating through the Airb&b site and finding stuff is becoming a nightmare.

Hi @Jeff123 You should be able to see it if you go to the Resolution Centre (type in Resolution Centre in the search bar under the Help section). If you don't see it there, submit it again by clicking the Request Money tab. Hope that helps - Karen

If you search on this site you can find the number to phone in New Zealand. We have had good results from phoning direct. It sounds like a very unpleasant experience and you must move quickly to get any result.
