I need tech support regarding AirBnB's app. It is very hard to find help with AirBnB, as I'm sure you know if yo've also made your way to this forum.
1) I rely on my cell phone to show me when there's interest in my suite. Unfortunately, AirBnB doesn't always send me text message notifications of guest inquiries to my cell phone, and when I do get a text notification, often I'm not able to view (or accept) new reservation requests on my cell phone. This is problematic for maintaining my host status, not to mention annoying.
2) despite many attempts to verify my email, I have never received the verification email. Yes, I've checked my spam and junk folders.
Any tech tips out there?
Any tips on how to reach AirBnB for tech solutions?
