How to handle this inquiry

I got an inquiry last night, from a lovely potential guest who wanted to know if I would drop my rates due to lower occupancy. I replied immediately, and since I am running a promotion elsewhere, I offered her that, but it wasn't enough and she very nicely let me know that she's not going to book. Now I'm getting messages from Airbnb saying 'when you're ready, let X know what you've decided'. If I press 'decline' to submit a special offer (since we've established she doesn't want it) will I be marked down in any way by Airbnb?

@Helen267  In case like this I send an over priced special offer they ignore and after 24 hours it expires and I am free and clear.

thanks Letti, I took your advice and did that - with message to her that she could just ignore the pre-approval.
