I didn t received my payment , my guest are there from sept 1 until sept 5

My guest checked in september 1 and will check out tomorrow sept 5 and still didn t received any confirmation of payment ( total 514 euro )..???

same problem i am having now. My guest came on sept 1 and are checking out today sept 4. still no payments.

@Nana3 I would suggest contacting Airbnb. There may be an issue with your payout method. I have had very few incidents with payouts but on the few occasions that I did it was a system issue and they were able to fix it within 24 hours. I would definitley give them a call.
