I usually get prompted to leave a guest review but haven't been promted yet

I usually get prompted to leave a guest review but haven't been promted yet even though it's past 24 hours since checvk out.  - does anyone know why and how to review without a prompt?

In general Robert it will take somewhere between 24 and 48 hours for the prompt to come, It's typically about the 36 hours after guest departure.....but don't worry it WILL come, hasn't failed me yet.....I just get on tenderhooks when the two weeks is almost up and the guest hasn't posted a review...but I have only been let down once!.....Cheers....Rob

Hi Robin,

It has been over a week and neither myself or my guests have received a prompt to write a review. This issue started a few months ago and this is the longest time that I have had to wait to recieve the prompt. I we are all concerned that the 2 weeks will run out. Is there someone or a department at airbnb that I can discuss this with?

My guest was not prompted at all . I asked her i if she would like to , she said yes but could not find out to leave it !
