I've just received a 'confirmation' from a guest but I had never received a 'request' prior to this.
Now the only option on the screen was to 'cancel' but I never confirmed a reservation from this guest!!! Now am I liable. I do not understand what has happened and I am not responsible for cancelling as I never confirmed this reservation. Help!
Similar thing happened to me. A booking was "accepted" but I had not receieved any message or opportunity to peruse it. How does a booking get automatically accepted?
