ISO Co-host recommendations for Oakland, CA (San Francisco Bay Area)

Hello - 

I am planning to be away for 3 months and would like to sublet my apartment on airbnb.  This will be my first time, and I would like to make things as smooth as possible by working with a highly recommended, experienced co-host.  

If you have recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it!  Please send webiste and other contact info as well as your experience with them.  

I have a very nice studio apartment, 2 blocks from Lake Merritt, and some of the larger co-hosting companies do not work with studios.

You may want to post in the East Bay Homesharers discussion forum on Airbnb instead to get more relevant views. I would offer but you are a little far for me. I’m in WC but in that Discussion group there are a lot of other members that are in Oakland and Berkeley so I’m sure you’ll find someone.

Hi guys!

Superhost here of 4+ years with two listings;  available for cohost + cleaning + extras.

Besides being an experienced Airbnb Superhost, I also own a cleaning company out of Castro Valley CA, but we service the greater East Bay.

I'd be happy to take on a few listings and provide the co-hosting (inquiries, questions, cleanings).  Just would not be able to meet in person with guests.  

Extras that we offer is offiste linen washing, toiletries (tp, mini size shampoos/conditioner/bodywashers, etc), kitchen essentials (paper towel, sponge, dish soap, soap, dishwasher tabs).

My name is Ronnisha *** and I have been an Airbnb host since 2019.

I am located in San Francisco, CA but I am currently hosting in Oakland, CA. My experience as a host also includes hosting out of state in Pensacola, FL.

In my short time as a host, I have quickly learned and efficiently utilized the tools within the hosting app to optimize my listings.
