If the guest doesn't speak English, uses online translator for correspondence and....

upon the arrival behaves the way he wants and pretends not to understand the rules, what would be reasonable to do?

Did you have a lot of troubles with such types of guests?

I had it once. I do not take such guests anymore, as they have to sign the paper with the rules upon the arrival and at last moment they say they can not sign as  it's in ENGLISH/RUSSIAN and they do not understand these languages bla-bla-bla.

Plus, we are owning properties in a very old guest house in the very center of the capital.

So by the end of the day all rejected guests are coming to our house, and stay infront of the entrance door. Especially in a summer time. Because we have a note on the house that apartments are available.

But what was the reason of previous rejections from the owners no one knows.

So, theoretically you can pick up any rejected tourist like a fish from the pond just walking out of your entrance door. But the fact that most of them do not know English doesn't make the paper they sign and the rules they have to follow inside the house are somehow valuable for them. So, by the end of the day you get a mess instead of income.

What is your opinion upon non english speaking guests ( and also not your native language speakers, in case if you are coming from non-english speaking country)?
