I have called AirBnB and left a detailed message with a service agent three times now that they cant figure out and no one calls me back. They owe me $200. Im frustrated at the fact that I cant get someone to help my situation. So i had to cancel and lost a 100$ on a payout due to me coming down with walking pnuemonia. I submitted paperwork for an extenuating circumstance, and it was approved. I never saw the $100 refund as promised. Then i had a payout last week that was $100 less that what it was supposed to be. No one can figure out why at airbnb and they keep saying they are passing my case on and i hear nothing. I call just about once a week for the last month and speak to someone new. any advice. this isnt fair
