Is anyone experiencing problems sending Messages to Guests via website? 401 error
Hi - I have been trying to respond to a guest who has booked with me but when I hit SEND button I get a 401 error. The email icon when I seek to click on it, gives me a message - we cannot load email at this time. I am using the website. I receive messages from the guest without a problem.
I can also use the App to reply to messages without a problem.
I've had the same problem for some weeks now. Only on one computer. It hasn't helped to shut down and reboot. It's very annoying to type out a message, only to have it disappear and have to start over.
I am unable to send messages via the message button on my iPhone app. Anyone else having this issue? It’s very frustrating bc I’m trying to write guests but cannot unless they write me first. Please help.
