Is there anyway my worker can communicate with guests without adding them as a cohost in Airbnb?

I have a part time worker  I want her to help answer guests questions, and help them check in check out. 

I don't want to add her as a cohost, does anyone know of a third party website or cellphone app that can interface with Airbnb,  and allow her to send  messages to guests without logging into Airbnb?

Having a part time worker as a cohost is a great benefit. Why would you have a part time worker but not allow them to be a cohost?

@Yoyo3 You could give them your guests' phone numbers and let them call or text the guest directly. I wouldn't recommend it because it's best to keep communication within the platform, but it is an option if you don't want to add them properly.

I don't know of any third-party software that would allow you to do this.
