LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

I got a same day request for one night.  The person had some reviews so we tried to get him booked.  Both my wife and myself were having website issues, but we thought we got him squared away to stay.  He came and was very nice.  The next day when I checked for payment, there was no booking!!!  What should I do?

How'd he have your address and/or phone number without a confirmed booking?

Never give someone instructions on how to get to your property until you are absolutely sure you have a confirmated booking via AirBnB.  You'll see the dates blocked off in your calendar,  the booking indicated on the left side of the message screen,  and receive an email confirmation.
