Listing not visible in search results

I contacted Airbnb 2 times to address but I am getting this fixed. Here is the issue. Any clues anyone?

I am still having problem with our listing not showing up in search results but still available for booking for the same date. Here is an example

If you do this search :

https://www.airbnb.com/s/First-Hill--Seattle--WA--United-States/homes?adults=1&allow_override%5B%5D=...

you won’t see this listing https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/4439293 in the results,

but if you go to it you can book the place for the same dates

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/4439293?check_in=2017-07-01&guests=1&adults=1&check_out=2017-07-16

I tried with multiple browser, in private session and not logged in Airbnb. Still the same issue.

There is certainly something going wrong with the search engine and this is likely causing lost opportunity for booking and potential revenue lost.

Its because they only show the listings that allow customers to book instantly.  If you click the "See more results" button at the bottom next to this area:

Thank you for the hint, however the listing was and is still on instant book. I could guess however that if guest does not meet the basis criteria for intanst book which requires the following then that could be a reason why the listing did not show up but that would be unfortunate.

• Confirmed phone number
• Profile photo
• Email address
• Payment information

At this time I can only think that the availability rules are behaving a little bit strangly. So I have since them simplified them.

i have had dismal support port from air bnb

After one week I got a phone call after many emails and they seemed to fix the issue but the fix lasted only for 4 hours

I am having a similar problem and I am on instant book but it is not coming up with my property on the search results. Who is it best to email to get this rectified?
