Hi community
I have a price set for NYE (£120) but on the site it lists my house as 'From £210' and if a guest uses the pricing selector I dont appear in the £120 range.
I had a call with Airbnb and explained the problem but missed the call back, no message yet but more importantly no change on how my house appears. (I've turned off smart pricing just in case)
It's odd because even if the guest was ok with the price then when they actually book they get the lower price anyway so its turning off potential guests and my price is the same.
Anyone else encountered this and any ideas on fixing it - even just in the short term.
