Listings disappeared - Airbnb Community

Listings disappeared

My listings do not appear for enquirers of less than 3 nights from the end of May till the 1st of September, then it's back to normal, l have tried unlisting then relisting to no avail.

has anyone ideas how to solve the problem, AIRBNB hasn't, has this happened to anyone else? If so how long did it take before the problem was resolved
