Long term hosting vs short term hosting on airbnb

Hello all,

hope you are well. 

Given that STH in London has been changed and restricted to 90 days for the entire place of the last couple of years... we would like to look at longer term hosting (ie anything over 3 Months but limited to less than 6 months).

I have read thoroughly through the posts on this site with regards to how it works but any input or sincere opinions on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

if you can also recommend other sites similar to Airbnb which you believe are better suited for this sort of thing I would really appreciate it.

@Yadira22it's a worldwide challenge.

There's some great info in mainstream online news if you look up ABB in there.

There was an article recently discussing how The Property Laws have not updated there legislation for over 50 years, therefore fail to include online marketplace advertising.
