Looking to Airbnb a second home in Lake Arrowhead, California and in need of an on-site Host (Someone to manage bookings, accommodate guest, clean after guest, etc.). The host will have their own private access to the first level. The downstairs apartment has it's own private kitchen, bathroom, and garage access. Airbnb guest would have their own private access and use the second and third floor.
Does anybody have recommendations on how to find qualified hosts/property managers?
If someone does have a co-host living on site, how do you pay them? (Discounted rent? Per hour?)
Or, if you are a property manager for an owner, how did you find the job?
Just looking for some information, my family and I are new to the short term rentals LOL... 😊
