Lost Superhost Status Due To Long-Term Guests Not Able To Post Reviews

I think there should be some allowances so that Superhosts don't lose their status if they have guests who are staying for several months who are not able to give a review until they check out.

I just lost my Superhost status of over 2 solid years because due to local code laws, I am no longer allowed to do short-term rentals, and my long-term renters don't post monthly reviews.  I show that I still have a 4.9 rating, so am confused at to why my status was removed.
