Lost superheats status but never canceled reservation like they claimed.

Logged on this a.m. to see I had lost my superhost status, for a reservation cancelation that never happened?

Contact Airbnb.  This is a known error in the system right now which Airbnb is aware of and has been plastered throughout this Community Center.  Your best option is to contact Airbnb and they will get this corrected for you.
