Lost superhost status due to cancellation when I didn't cancel
According to AirBnB, I have made one cancellation, which caused me to lose my superhost status. I've NEVER made a cancellation in my two years of hosting. How do I refute this?
i am having the same issue - how so you find a number to call airbnb? there is no direct line to email any complaints online either that i can find to submit my issue with cancelling a booking 2 years in advance
There was a mix up with the reservation of another guest who thought he had booked through to the day that Liza reserved. Liza kindly cancelled her instant book reservation in order that my other guest would be able to stay the entire time he intended. Thank you Liza!
