Mandatory 20% discount for long term guest

Hi All,

I have been very disappointed with the new changes of Airbnb and now just found out that they have imposed a mandatory 20% of discount on your nightly pricing if someone books over a long period of time.  I am already providing a lot of amenities to guests but can't accept getting additional cut just because Airbnb is only after their commissions.  How about they take 50% discount on their service fees from both the guest and host since they make money both ways.

Also, an other idea will be to at least include cleaning fee bi-weekly instead of a one time fee when a guest stays for a long period. I am so frustrated of being abused by this company as a host

I hadn't heard of this. What is considered long term? I lose money on long term guests due to all the electricity and water they use! Also, on my cleaning time and supplies!

This is not currently the case in my location.  I just checked my settings.  And cut my maximum stay to two weeks, because the reality is I don't get long stays, and I'm not sure I want them, lol.
