Had a similar problem. One guest was pre approved by me, he says he was already charged, but the website shows the reservation status as cancelled. I texted him and he does not know what happened, he is asking me to save those dates for him while he is in contact with Airbnb, trying to fix the problem. Meanwhile, another request came through, for the same dates, from a different guest and I had to decline him, because I am not sure if those dates are booked or not. Frustrating.
