I think you can't get help like me before. I lost a down duvet. I kept asking the guest but receipt no reply. I contacted Airbnb by emails and phone calls still couldn't get resolve. This case happened about two years ago. I just had another issue again. 😞
As a host at Airbnb is quite difficult and get no protection. The guest can walk away and use another email address for identity and rent again. Can a host re-post a new listing after four years with so many good reviews?
I wish Airbnb management can see this reply.
