Multiple dates for one booking, advice needed

Scenario
Guests require house for several short term bookings, Mon to Fri for several weeks, which allows us to still rent it out on weekends.

Have arranged a special rate with the guests for said dates.


Question
Is there an easier way to apply the rates for the dates that the rate is needed other than getting the guests to enquire about each set of dates and me pre approving each one or by me seting the rates in the calendar and then the guests make a booking for each set of dates?

I am also looking for similar information. So far the only options I know of are to have them make multiple bookings, whick is somewhat inconvenient.
Or to arrange a special offer with the decided upon rate for the entire stay for one chunck of dates and just block off the additional days requested.
I am interested in any other advice or ideas as well.

Sorry to bump this, but has this been solved since 2016?

Both techniques seem a little frustrating, the first for the client, the second for AirBnb who don't have a clear understanding of the data.

Any ideas appreciated.
