Photos....your expertise please.

Hi just added some more photo’s to my Springfield listing... will take more in Summer but have noticed how much better phone cameras are even from 3 years ago. I am now aware of having too many photos of the same space.... anyone want/have time to take a look and tell me which ones to remove? Thanks,

You have 2 whide shots from the outside.

I would keep the 1st, that shows more lawn, and remove the second.

Remove the one out of focus with the finger on the top left corner (there is a nice clearer one for the living room).

There is a dark one for the living room - I would remove that. I would keep only the light ones.

Same for the bedroom - remove the dark ones, keep only the light/ sunny ones.

I work on advertising, so:

Turn on all the lights when you are taking pictures, even if it is daytime.

Do go down to your knees to take pictures

Check that you are not reflecting on the mirrows 🙂

@Susan869I am no proffesional like @Roberta, but always been a fan of making the pictures as if one is visiting the property, meaning photos of the outside first, then particular rooms ( with particular closeups of its attractive features) and then move to the next 'section' (aka room) and finish the 'tour' with mood pictures to evoke an emotion or peak the imagination, which tends to complete the 'concept' album. One single picture of each will suffice.

You are so brave asking for a critique. I know I cringe thinking about asking other people's opinions.

Your photos are nice and I would like to stay at your place.

Really like your cover photo.

 I like how you show your place is charming. I like your lifestyle photos of your community.

Consider staging your interior photos. Get rid of all clutter. Remotes, magazines, towels take our eye away.from your space.  Arrange pillows thinking about the photo - not how they are used.

Consider less photos, show your best.
