Multiple listings for same address

I currently have 3 listing on AirBnB which i would like to advertise as a single use and 3 listing sperately.

I have a separate annex (sleeps 2)and two ensuite bedrooms (each sleeping 2) within the main property but would like to advertise these for larger groups or families.

What is the best way to do this if it is possible at the moment it just shows as 3 seperate listings and people can see we have other properties.

Any help would be great.

I think, if it is possible for you, that you could add another listing ( Listing 4 ), which includs all the house rooms, as you told, for larger groups or families.
