Hello @Nancy14,

 

Lovely to meet you. There have been a few other reports of this happening to hosts here. I am trying to gather more information so that I can feed it back to the Airbnb Tech Team to investigate. Can I ask, when it started happening, have you tried it again and is it still not working? What browser are you working in/or are you trying to accept via the app? 

 

Sorry for all the questions, just eager to get to the bottom of why this might be happening to a few people.
