My calendar seems to have a mind of its own!!

I keep on having guests want to stay on dates that are blocked - or so I thought - but the calender seems to have a mind of its own! Is anyone else having this problem? Or know how to get it fixed??

I have just had a knarky email from AirBnB almost complaining that I keep on declining guests! But I am only doing that because I cannot host on those dates - and had originally blocked them.....argh!!

I'm having the same issue (in Sydney, Australia) I was receiving many requests for booking over Christmas and new year, but was unsure if we were using the unit over this time or not, so I turned down all requests (before I figured out how to block out dates) now Airbnb has blocked these dates on my calendar and I'm unsure how/if I can unblock them. Very frustrating!

@Judi3, I think sometimes a gremlin gets into the works. 😉

I had the same situation twice this summer, when two guests  - almost one after the other - requested dates that I had most definitely blocked weeks earlier, because my own family from Canada was coming to visit for 3 weeks, and the period included those slots of time. Hence, I had to decline both requests and then manually re-block the dates. What I do now is check my calendar regularly to make sure that blocked dates remain that way.
