I have left a review for my last guests and they have posted me because they cannot leave a review for me even though they want to. It seems the system will not let them, they have asked for my help but I can't find an answer, Paul.
Hi other @Paul1432 I hope you are well.
When did their stay take place? Guests/hosts only have a 14 day window after check-out to post a review, after this time it's no longer possible to post a review of the stay.
Can they (or you if you click on their profile) see your review? If it's visible then the review window has expired.
If it's not that, I don't know what other reason there could be.

Hi Paul and Paul! I'm a new host and I have just had this problem with my second guests. They received a notification that I had reviewed them but when they go to write their review it tells them they don't have access to leave a review. Being a new host, this review is very important to me. Did anyone manage to resolve this? Thanks!
@Aisling27 Normally the guests receive an email from Airbnb on the day after they check out. That email has a button of Write Review. They can click on that button and it will lead them to write the review for host.
Guests also can log in their Airbnb account. They also can login their account and click on the trips in the trip list to write review.
BTW, I just looked at your profile. I did see one review write by Bart in May. Not sure if this is the one or you had another guest.
@Mike1034 thanks for the advice, I'll ask the guest to try going into the trip list. (That review is from a previous guest but thanks for checking!)
Just as an update, the problem finally got resolved by Airbnb support - emails back and forth between my guest and support team. I don't actually know what the cause of the problem was though.
