Christine there have been a number of posts over the last few days with the same problem you are experiencing. It does appear to be a problem with the Airbnb programming at the moment.

All I can suggest is that you contact Airbnb on +1-855-424-7262 / 1-855-4-AIRBNB (toll-free) and report this and get them to sort it out for you. I am sorry I can't be more helpfull.
