My pricing vs. what customer pays

Hi,

I raised my listing price last week by 10 dollars a night and then somebody made a reservation today and the price they get is still 89 USD a night. I went back to my pricing settings to see if I had made a mistake but I hadn't. I also checked my listing and it said 99. Why am I getting the old price? Doesn't make sense!

Also, I was negotiating with a customer a while back and her price was considerably higher than what Airbnb said my customer was paying and I am not only talking about the service fee. This made it impossible to reach an agreement since the offer I made was always a lot higher.
