Hi all, been hosting for a few years and noticed this December to be particularly slow. I'm in NYC. Anyone else experienced this here? Do we think people are intimidated to AirBNB here because of the new legislation? Hoping it was just me!

Hey @Jessica5, are you familiar with the Home Sharing Clubs?  New York City has one.  Go to Discuss and select Home Sharing Clubs and then select all clubs.  You can find other hosts in New York that can appreciate what you are experiencing.  Good Luck
