New Host in Catskills - How to get bookings?

Hi,

I am a new host and i have set up my listing about a couple of days ago. I am trying to figure out how to get bookings? I have put in all amenties in the house and just wondering what am i doing wrong because so far i have no bookings.

Allthough i understand your enthousiasm to meet the firsts guest, I think "a couple of days" is not enough to generate bookings. Your listing is: https://www.airbnb.nl/rooms/23467912 (no  need to provide additional parameters). You can check in section "progress" the amount of views, which give some indication on popularity.

Please note you have a minimum stay of 1 week and you provide 20% weekly discount + 20% special discount (for first 3 guest until 29 september). If your minimum stay is allways a week, why not set the right price directly (including the discount), because it will show searching guests a lower price on the map.

Also i noticed your homepage generates an error on my side, maybe your listing is not (yet) fully integrated in the search system.

Hi Emiel, Thank you for your feeback. I am wondering why is it showing 1 week minimum on your end? I set it as 2 days minimum.

You are correct, the maximum stay is 1 week, my mistake.

About the homepage:
