New listing in Toronto Canada, feedback appreciated!

Hi everyone, my husband and I have recently started hosting our first Airbnb!

We had a good number of bookings for the first two month very quickly (new listing boost I assume?) but have been a bit quiet on bookings recently. 

We we would love any feedback on the listing!

I also started an Instagram page (@kingweststyle) to hopefully get more interest and to give guests some local inspiration. Has anyone found having an Instagram page to be a success?

@Lushana0 your listing looks amazing. It is the exact kind of place I would book immediately. It looks bright, clean and spacious. And the description looks great to me. I am sorry I don't have any constructive criticism, just wanted to say how great I think it looks. I hope you have more bookings in the future!
