No one is booking

Hi,

I've used Airbnb a few times as a host, normally once a year same time of year. I normally get a lot of enquiries but I haven't received anything yet. It's been up for the last 2 or 3 weeks.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

I've had those times when it seemed like bookings just stopped and then started again after a time.  I can't say for sure, but I sometimes think it is related to where my place comes up in a search.  Without knowing how Airbnb sorts the search results, I would imagine that the Super Host rating helps, as well as Instant Booking.  I also go in and make edits to my listing to show it is actively being managed.  My home is in the New Orleans, La area so I make seasonal edits and make sure my calendar is up to date.  You can check your stats to see if you place is getting viewed and not booked or not getting viewed at all.

Thank you for your help! True I will make regular edits to keep it active. It's only had 2 views. I've made it slightly cheaper than surrounding bookings.

The location is pretty central in Sydney as its close to the airport and the city centre. Which is why it's odd that I've only had 2 views in a month of posting. How can I boost up my viewings?

Thank you
