Our two most recent guests have left 3 star reviews complaining about noise in the condominium complex. The most recent one stated the upstairs neighbors were yelling and stomping at night during their stay. The guest when checked out text me and said he enjoyed his stay and would book my unit again in the future, but then leaves this type of review. He states it was not in my control but it's still disappointing to receive this review. My listing description states there is a potential for noise but that is the extent of it. How do I overcome this? I now have two back to back 3 star reviews.
