There used to be clear links to reach AirBnB support - but now I seem to always be directed to "Community Center" for support. How do I reach an AirBnB rep for help with my listing?

I'm a new host and have had 4 lovely visits. We have reviewed each other, but each time after I send my review Airbnb send another form to review again!!! Do you repeat the review or assume it has gone through? Thankyou.
I'd like to add a cleaning fee onto my properties listing. My question is: Will this fee be applied to reservations already in place? Or will it only work for reservations from here on out?
