My guest is having trouble adding her drivers licence as verification

My guest cannot make the payment as Air BnB is wanting her to add her driver's licence as verification, is this new, and she is having problems uploading it, can anyone offer advice?

Airbnb is protecting you and has surely this guest detailed instructions on how to upload her ID.  They are trying to validate her and her credit card payment option.  To upload her id, she needs to take a picture of it with her phone and follow the first link below to upload it.
